Welcome to the Friendship Center, where all
generations come together for friendship and learning.
The Friendship Center at Schooley's Mountain is a New Jersey
not-for-profit corporation under Title 15A:28 and 501c(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code. It is an Intergenerational Child Care Center.
The Friendship Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees committed
to linking retired men and women to the learning experience of children.
- Full-time and part-time programs for children from 2 1/2 through
kindergarten in a modern setting.
- An intergenerational environment that
promotes interaction between your child and retired residents who live
at Heath Village.
- Programs are intended to benefit the child's physical,
social, emotional and intellectual needs in a Christian environment.

Our enrollment is intentionally small, so that we can
provide each child with the kind of individual attention that is so
important during a child's early development. Our programs are provided
